Find out who you follow on Instagram or TikTok who doesn't follow you back, using your own data export.
Step 1 — Export your account data
Instagram: Settings → Your activity → Download your information.
TikTok: Settings → Account → Download your data.
This tool never asks for your password or login. It only reads the export files you provide.
Step 2 — Upload your files
How it works
1. Export your data — Request a data download from Instagram or TikTok settings. This usually takes a few minutes to a few days.
2. Locate your files — Find the following.json and followers.json files (Instagram) or following.txt and followers.txt (TikTok).
3. Upload to the tool — Select your platform and upload both files. The tool processes them entirely in your browser.
4. Review results — See who doesn't follow you back, who you don't follow back, and mutual follows.
5. Export or copy — Download the results as CSV or JSON, or copy the list to your clipboard.

Example scenario:
You follow 500 accounts on Instagram. After uploading your data export, you discover:
- 42 accounts don't follow you back — these might be brands, celebrities, or inactive accounts
- 15 accounts follow you but you don't follow back — potential new connections
- 443 mutual follows — your engaged community
You can filter and search the results to find specific accounts, then unfollow or follow as desired.
Frequently asked questions
Is this safe? Do you see my data?
No. Your files are processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. They are never uploaded to any server. You can verify this by checking that the tool works offline after loading.
How do I export my Instagram data?
Go to Settings → Your activity → Download your information → Request download. Choose JSON format. Instagram will email you a link when ready (usually within minutes to hours).
How do I export my TikTok data?
Go to Settings → Account → Download your data → Request data. TikTok will notify you when the export is ready (can take 1-4 days).
What file formats are supported?
Instagram: JSON files (following.json, followers.json). TikTok: TXT files (one username per line) or JSON exports.
Can I see who unfollowed me recently?
This tool shows your current follow state, not historical changes. To track unfollows over time, you'd need to run regular exports and compare them.
Does this work for private accounts?
Yes — you're analyzing your own data export, so privacy settings of other accounts don't matter. You only see information about accounts you already follow or that follow you.
